For a weekend brunch on the patio, our fresh peach trifle is the perfect ending note. The fresh peaches bring a wonderful tartness to this delicious dessert. Made with vanilla loaf cake from our local bakery and whipped topping, we were able to whip this up in no time. This trifle will be your favorite thing to make all summer long!
Here’s what you’ll need
- Fresh peaches
- Vanilla loaf cake (or substitute with pound cake, angel food cake, etc.)
- Butter
- Brown sugar
- Ground cinnamon
- Extra creamy whipped topping
Let’s make some dessert!
- Prepare peaches and loaf cake
First, peel your peaches with a peeler or by hand. Dice the peaches and the vanilla loaf cake into large chunks.
- Cook peaches
Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Once the butter is melted, add the diced peaches, brown sugar, and cinnamon. It will take about five minutes to reach a simmer. Once simmering, remove the pan from heat.
- Layer ingredients in cups and serve
Now that the fresh peaches have been sauteed, all that’s left is putting everything together! Put the loaf cake chunks in the cups first, followed by the peaches and then the whipped topping. Garnish with cinnamon and serve!

This simple dessert packs delicious flavors! Made with fresh peaches, vanilla loaf cake, and whipped topping, it's quick and easy to put together.
Ingredients
- 2 fresh peaches
- 2 slices of vanilla loaf cake
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar

Instructions
